Trail Ridge Road winds it way through Rocky Mountain National Park along the historic path once used by the Utes and other Native Americans. The road begins at the Beaver Meadows entrance of the park and meanders 12,000 feet above sea level to its finale at Grand Lake. Trail Ridge is the highest elevated continuous highway in the entire United States.
